এই চক্রটি সারা বাংলাদেশসহ সারা, পৃথিবী মানুষের কাছে এরকম লোভনীয় এবং সেক্সুয়াল অপার দিয়ে বিভিন্ন মানুষকে হয়রানি করছেন । এরা সাধারণত g-mail facebook twitter অর্থাৎ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় এই সমস্ত প্লাটফর্মে লোভনীয় ও সেক্সচুয়াল লোভনীয় অপর দিয়ে সহজ সরল মানুষকে হয়রানি করছে। এই চক্রটি মূলত চট্টগ্রাম কেন্দ্রিক দেখা যাচ্ছে যে চট্টগ্রামের ব্যাংক এবং মোবাইল নাম্বার এবং ওই এলাকার স্থানীয়দের ছবি দিয়ে সাধারণত এই কাজটি করছে আর যাদের সাবজেক্ট হিসেবে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে তারা মূলত সেনাবাহিনীতে চাকরি করে কিন্তু তাদের কিছু ছবি ডাউনলোড এবং ডাউনলোড করে তাদের নাম ব্যবহার করে মূলত এই কাজটি এই বাংলাদেশের থার্ড পার্সন লোভী বাটপার কাজটি করে যাচ্ছে ।কিন্তু ওই সার্জন এবং সেনাবাহিনী এটা জানে না যে তাদের ছবি ব্যবহার করে এই অপরাধ কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এরা মূলত প্রথমে gmail facebook id টার্গেট করে কালেকশন করে এরপর হাই হ্যালো মেসেজ এবং লোভনীয় পর পাঠান থেকে যে কেউ নক করলে তখন তার পিছনে আছতে আছতে লেগে থাকে তাদের দীর্ঘমেয়াদি পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে আগায় এবং টার্গেট নেয় যখন তাদের লোভনীয় অপরাধ পা দেয় তখন তারা তার সাথে ডেকে পড়ে উঠে।
তারা সাধারণত অসম্ভব আকাশ কুসুম লোভনীয় অপরাধ এবং সেক্সুয়াল অপার দেয় জেন্ডার ভেদে তারা এই কাজটি একটি চক্র করে যাচ্ছে দীর্ঘদিন ধরে। মূলত বাংলাদেশের সুর বাটপারের অভাব নাই বিভিন্ন কৌশলে তারা এই চক্রটি বিভিন্ন লবণে ওপর দিয়ে ভাতে পা ফেলতে থাকে।বিশ্বাস করানোর জন্য তারা বিভিন্ন ডকুমেন্ট সার্টিফিকেট ও ইমেজ এবং সেক্সুয়াল এবং লোভনীয় করে কথাগুলো পর্যায়ক্রমে বলতে থাকে।
এদের যথ উপযুক্ত বিচার চাই এবং এদেরকে তল্লাশি করে রিমান্ডে নিতে হবে এ ব্যাপারে আরো অনেকগুলো ভিডিও আছে youtube google-এ সার্চ দিলে দেখতে পারেন নিচে ভিডিও লিংকটি দেওয়া হলো।

রাজধানীর মিরপুর-১০ নম্বর এলাকার বেনারসি শাড়ি ব্যবসায়ী শাহ মান্না। সম্প্রতি এক মেইলের মাধ্যমে জানতে পারেন তার ঠিকানায় ২৫ লাখ ডলার ভর্তি বাক্স পাঠিয়েছেন এক ‘মার্কিন নারী সেনা’।
বাক্সটি রয়েছে একটি কুরিয়ার কোম্পানিতে। সেটি ছাড়িয়ে নিতে খরচ করতে হবে ৫৫ হাজার টাকা। দেশি-বিদেশি নারীরা তাকে এ অর্থ নিতে চাপ দিচ্ছেন উল্লেখ করে বুধবার (২১ সেপ্টেম্বর) রাতে মিরপুরের পল্লবী থানায় অভিযোগ করেন তিনি।
প্রতারণার অভিযোগে শাড়ি ব্যবসায়ী মান্না উল্লেখ করেন, দেশি-বিদেশ কয়েকজন নারী তাকে প্রতিনিয়ত ফোন করে ডলারের বাক্স ছাড়িয়ে নেওয়ার কথা বলছেন। এজন্য একটি বেসরকারি ব্যাংকের অ্যাকাউন্টে ফি বাবদ ৫৫ হাজার টাকা জমা করতে বলা হয়েছে তাকে। অভিযোগটি তদন্তনাধীন বলে শুক্রবার (২৩ সেপ্টেম্বর) তিনি নিশ্চিত করেন।
ব্যবসায়ী শাহ মান্না অভিযোগে জানান, কয়েক দিন আগে তার ফেসবুক মেসেঞ্জারে এক অপরিচিত নারী ই-মেইল অ্যাড্রেস পাঠান। দ্রুত সেই ঠিকানায় যোগাযোগ করতে বলা হয় তাকে। যোগাযোগ করা হলে ওই নারী জানান, তিনি একজন মার্কিন সেনা সদস্য। বর্তমানে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন ইয়েমেনের রাজধানী সানায়। সেখানে গৃহযুদ্ধ চলছে। তার কাছে ২৫ লাখ ডলার সংরক্ষিত আছে। কারও সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ না থাকায় এসব অর্থ ‘টিএনটি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস’ নামে একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে মান্নাকে দিতে আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেন ওই নারী।
গত শুক্রবার (১৬ সেপ্টেম্বর) মান্নার কাছে আরও একটি ই-মেইল আসে। এতে বলা হয়, মান্নার ঠিকানায় একটি ডলার ভর্তি বাক্স পাঠানো হয়েছে। ৭৪০ ডলার ফি দিয়ে বক্সটি যেন তিনি নিয়ে নেন। কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির একটি মেমো মান্নার ই-মেইলে যুক্ত করে দেওয়া হয়।
এর দুদিন পর অর্থাৎ গত রোববার (১৮ সেপ্টেম্বর) চট্টগ্রাম বিমান সংলগ্ন টিএনটি কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কর্মকর্তা পরিচয় দিয়ে এক নারী তাকে একাধিক নম্বর দিয়ে কল করেন। মান্নাকে বলা হয় ফি বাবদ ৫৫ হাজার টাকা দিয়ে পার্সেলটি ছাড়িয়ে নিতে। বেসরকারি ব্যাংকের অ্যাকাউন্টের নম্বর দিয়ে এ ফি জমা দিতে বলা হয় তাকে। টাকা জমা দিলেই মান্নার ঠিকানায় পার্সেল চলে যাবে বলেও জানানো হয়।
শাহ মান্না বাংলানিউজকে বলেন, প্রতিনিয়ত আমাকে ফোন করে ডলার নেওয়ার প্রলোভন ও চাপ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। আমি চাই এই প্রতারক চক্রের যেন দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি হয়।
চট্টগ্রাম থেকে মান্নাকে দেওয়া ফোনের একটি রেকর্ডিং রয়েছে বাংলানিউজের হাতে। এতে শোনা যায়, ওই নারী মান্নাকে বার বার বলছেন, টাকা পাঠান আপনার ঠিকানায় পার্সেল পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। এ সময় মান্না তাকে বলেন, আপনি আমাকে ঠিকানা দিন, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ডকুমেন্ট দিন। কিন্তু তাকে বলা হয়, ঠিকানা পরে দেওয়া হবে; আগে টাকা পাঠান।
এ ঘটনায় পল্লবী থানায় মান্নার করা অভিযোগের কপিও আছে বাংলানিউজের হাতে।
পল্লবী থানার উপ-পরিদর্শক (এসআই) ও অভিযোগের তদন্তকারী কর্মকর্তা খালিদ হাসান বাংলানিউজকে বলেন, বুধবার একটি অভিযোগ পেয়েছি। তদন্ত চলছে। এ চক্রের কয়েকটি মোবাইল ফোন নম্বর হাতে পেয়েছি। এ ব্যাপারে সাইবার ক্রাইমে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।
তাদের পর্যায়ে কর্মী মেসেজগুলো নিচে লিংক দেওয়া হলো জিমেইলে দেওয়া, এভাবে তারা মূলত পর্যায়ক্রমে মেসেজ দিয়ে সাধারণ মানুষকে টার্গেটের পরিণত করে-
